Sustainable Livelihoods
The SSHJM-Cebu Mission empowers young adults through sustainable livelihood programs, with a focus on preparing them for employment in the hospitality industry. Our training covers essential skills such as housekeeping, linen care, basic customer service, and facility maintenance — equipping learners with practical competencies for work in hotels and similar establishments.
About this theme
Our goal is to instill not only practical skills but also the values of discipline, attention to detail, and genuine service. Through simulated hotel environments and real-world practice, learners are trained to take pride in their work, uphold cleanliness and order, and deliver quality service with respect and care.

By working closely with our partner institutions, we ensure that our training aligns with current industry standards and provides meaningful pathways to employment. These collaborations also allow learners to experience real work environments and gain insights from experienced professionals.
