Project Manager
Sir Justine is a certified Project Management professional with experience in humanitarian operations, training and capacity building, and operational management. Has supported relief efforts, coordinated logistics, managed stakeholders, and delivered training programs. Experienced in both NGO volunteer work as an Assistant Operations Manager and corporate training roles, with strong coordination, documentation, and process improvement skills.
Agnes P. Guisadio
Accounting Officer​
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) engaged in public practice for ten (10) years. An accredited Tax and Board of Accountancy (BOA) Practitioner (External), providing internal and external services to clients with various needs in government agencies, including but not limited to the DTI, BIR, SEC (registration and updates), and LGUs for business permit renewals. Provides business, tax, and management services to clients and aspiring entrepreneurs. A businesswoman actively engaged in charitable services. Founder of VAS Team Gifted to Give Corp.
Jan Joshua Griño
PT/OT Head Staff
Jan Joshua G. Grino, a licensed Physical Therapist since 2024. He has experienced treating patients in different setting and handled various cases such as Musculoskeletal condition, Neurological Condition, Pediatric Condition, and Sports Rehabilitation. He also had experience volunteering as Medical Aid in sports events as well as conditioning trainer to athletes.

Gladys Dedal
SpEd Head Teacher
Gladys Dedal is a licensed professional teacher with experience in education, public service, and business. She also worked as a travel consultant, pastry business owner, substitute teacher in Leyte, and Acting Barangay Secretary.
Currently a SPED teacher at SSHJM in Cebu City and recently, having her masters degree of Special Education, with a knowledge on management, and dedication to the mission conveys positive impact towards the learners.

Lino Condrado Gumboc
PT Supervisor Home Base
Lino Condrado Gumboc a pioneer PT of SSHJM and has been serving in the mission for 17 years, a licensed Physiotherapist, achieved bachelors degree of Physical Therapy in Cebu Doctors University and been working abroad specifically in Ireland for about 2 years. His skills are not only limited in treatment, but also in management.
His work at the home base care program is exceptional.
