Mr. Nestor Danieles is a mild stroke survivor who experienced weakness on his right arm and right leg, which significantly affected his independence and functional mobility. Due to his condition, he spent most of his time at home and was largely bed-bound, requiring assistance with daily activities.

Through the dedication and support of Sir Lino and the SSHJM Home-Based Care Team, Mr. Danieles received regular physical therapy interventions focused on strengthening, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation.
As a result of consistent therapy and his determination to improve, Mr. Danieles gradually regained strength in his affected limbs. He achieved significant progress in his functional mobility and is now able to ambulate within the community with assistance. His improved physical condition has enhanced his participation in daily activities and increased his quality of life.
Mr. Danieles' journey is a testament to the positive impact of rehabilitation, family support, and community-based care in helping individuals regain function and independence after a stroke.
